Odoo 16, 17 and 18 connect through XML-RPC, Odoo 19 through the JSON-2 API. Your server only needs to be reachable over HTTPS.

Questions

Do I need Odoo Enterprise?

No. Hawklify works the same on Community and Enterprise, because it talks to Odoo through the external API that both editions have.

Does it work with my custom modules?

Yes: the assistant sees the fields and buttons your modules add, as your Odoo user does. On the Max and Team plans it can also read your modules’ code from GitHub before running an action.

Which Odoo versions and editions work?

Odoo 16, 17, 18 and 19, Community or Enterprise, on your own server, Odoo.sh or odoo.com. The instance must be reachable over HTTPS with the external API on.

Does Hawklify copy my Odoo data?

No. It reads from Odoo when you ask and passes the answer to your assistant. It keeps your API key and your account settings, nothing else from Odoo.

How much does it cost?

The first 14 days are free. Then Pro is €20 a month for one person, and there are plans for heavier use and for teams of 2 to 10 people.
